Eligibility:
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at a community college, college, or university, or a Junior or Senior level high school student in Washington. Or currently employed as a teacher or counselor working with youth in a Washington State public or private high school.

Awards:
Applications will be judged (with any identifying information deleted) by a special committee of ECPG.

Scholarship recipients will be notified by April 6, 2009.
